Short version: DeckyTrucky sends us nothing. It runs on your PC, and when you use Roadie it talks to Google directly with your own key. If you buy DeckyTrucky Pro, we keep what we need for your licence.
This website
deckydocky.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no trackers, and loads nothing from third parties. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The plugin
DeckyTrucky sends no usage data, crash reports or personal information to us. Everything it needs stays on your PC:
- Game data. It reads live telemetry from the game and reads (never writes) your save files to find job offers and the last city you visited.
- Settings. Your settings, your Gemini API key and Roadie's notebook are stored locally by the Stream Deck software.
Roadie (Google Gemini)
Roadie only listens after you press its key or your chosen wheel button. While a conversation is open, your microphone audio, the truck and job information Roadie needs to answer, and your notebook entries are sent directly from your PC to Google's Gemini API using your own API key. We never receive them. Google processes this data under the Gemini API terms and Google's privacy policy; depending on your Google account and plan, Google may use it to improve its services.
Radio
When you use Roadie's radio, DeckyTrucky searches the public Radio Browser directory and connects to the station you picked. Those services see your IP address like any website you visit.
Purchases
DeckyTrucky Pro is paid through PayPal, or by bank transfer arranged by email where PayPal is not available. PayPal or your bank handles the payment details. We receive your name, email address and the payment reference, and we keep your email address, order reference and licence key to send and support your licence.
